Biography
I am Dr. Deb Dulal Dey Parag, MBBS, MPH, is a dedicated physician and Public Health Specialist with extensive experience in non-communicable diseases (NCDs). I have a strong background in both clinical medicine and population health, with a particular focus on the prevention, control, and management of chronic conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and hypertension. I am currently responsible for the supervision and monitoring of NCD corner activities across 44 UHCs and 4 District Sadar Hospitals in the Sylhet zone focusing on strengthening service delivery, ensuring quality care, and supporting the implementation of national NCD strategies at the facility level. I have contributed to the scientific community as an author and co-author of more than 10 research publications. My areas of interest include NCD surveillance, risk factor reduction, and health system strengthening.
