Abstract
De-identified analytic dataset and reproducibility code for a hospital-based case-control study examining the association between coronary artery calcium (CAC) burden and first-ever acute myocardial infarction (AMI) among Bangladeshi adults aged 18–50 years. The dataset includes 178 participants (89 AMI cases and 89 age- and sex-frequency-matched controls) and contains the variables used in the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
